Products

The Shimmy Home is manufactured in China. All Shimmy hand sanitizer is Made in the USA from domestic and imported materials.

Yes. The Shimmy Home is designed to work exclusively with Shimmy Home cartridges. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it will dispense properly if you do not use products sold by Shimmy.

Each Shimmy Home cartridge has about 530 doses!

Please make sure to check:
1. The Shimmy Home is on (press the on/off button and wait for the blue light to flash 3 times)
2. Keep your hand within 3 inches of the dispenser and you hear it try to dispense
3. There is sanitizer in the cartridge
4. Take out and reinsert cartridge so both valves have clicked into place

Yes!

OPTION 1: TAPE
Clean and dry desired mounting location. Remove one tape liner and stick to etched mark on the back of your Shimmy Home or tray. Remove liner on the other side of tape. Press and hold in desired location for 30 seconds.

OPTION 2: SCREWS
Remove tray and hold up to your desired location. Mark mounting holes with a pencil. Install screws of the appropriate size and type on pencil marks and hang your Shimmy Home.

Step 1: Get your new cartridge ready

Remove safety top.
Do NOT remove the applicator.

Step 2: Remove the old cartridge

Take the lid off of your Shimmy Home, pull up on cartridge, remove, and recycle in accordance with local regulations.

Step 3: Put in new cartridge

Turn cartridge upside down, insert, rotate until you feel the two valves connect, replace top of dispenser.

Shimmy sanitizer contains 70% ethyl alcohol with exceeds the CDC recommendation for germ killing

We also formulate our sanitizer with no toxic chemicals. All ingredients and formulations used are GRAS approved and meet FDA standards.

At this time we do not offer gift cards, but you can certainly purchase a Shimmy product and have it shipped to your friend. We do not offer gift wrapping, but we hope you agree our packaging looks great just the way it is!

Yes, we offer free shipping on any order over $50.

Subscriptions

A Shimmy subscription is the easiest way to make sure you never run out. Depending on how often you and your family use your Shimmy, you can sign up to have a new 2-pack delivered every 2 or 3 months. You can always change or modify your subscription at any time. You can modify your subscription shipments in your account.


Once in your account, select ‘Subscription Settings' to add or remove products, update your address and payment information, as well as change the next send date or interval of your shipments. If you have any trouble or questions, please email hello@getshimmy.com

For every Shimmy Home cartridge you buy, you are eliminating up to 20g of plastic from entering our environment. Plus, we offset the plastic we use in the Shimmy Home and the applicator. For every Shimmy Home you buy we prevent 50 single-use plastic bottles from entering the ocean in partnership with Plastic Bank®.
